The assessment may be paid semi-annually or annually: Two Installments: Two semi-annual installments of $485 each due by February 1 and July 1, 2010. One Installment: Owners may choose to make a single payment of $970 for the year which would be due by February 1, 2010. Billing Statements: Semi-annual billing statements will be mailed approximately 3 weeks before the due dates to the address on file with the Association. While most HOA members receive these in the mail without incident, please contact the Property Manager at (703)938-8761 or poa-management@cox.net if you have not received your statement in the mail one week before the due date. Additionally, please mark the semi-annual due dates on your calendar, as failure to receive the statement is not an acceptable reason for a waiver of the late charge. After a 30-day grace period from the due dates listed above, a $35 late charge plus interest at the rate of 6% per annum is added to overdue accounts. If you would like to receive an e-mail reminder about due dates, please contact the Property Manager at (703) 938-8761 or poa-management@cox.net and provide your e-mail address.
