Board Meetings - 2012 added Wednesday, May 2, 2012
The Board of Directors meets regularly to conduct the ordinary business of the Association. Meetings are scheduled for 7:00 p.m.

All homeowners are welcome to attend the Board meetings and address the board with questions or concerns at the beginning of the meeting.

Although a meeting date is on the calendar for each month, sometimes the Board does not meet that month. If you plan on attending a meeting, please verify it is being held by calling (703) 938-8761 or by e-mailing poa-management@cox.net

Parking Lot Work CANCELLED added Friday, April 13, 2012
Parking lot work scheduled for May 3 has been cancelled due to inclement weather. Work will be rescheduled and members notified.
HOA Dues Assessment for 2012 added Tuesday, November 29, 2011
The Dunn Loring Village Homeowners Association assessment for 2012 has been set at $1,110 per unit.

The assessment may be paid semi-annually or annually:

Two Installments: Two semi-annual installments of $555 each due by February 1 and July 1, 2012.

One Installment: Owners may choose to make a single payment of $1,110 for the year which would be due by February 1, 2012.

Billing Statements: Semi-annual billing statements will be mailed approximately 3 weeks before the due dates to the address on file with the Association. While most HOA members receive these in the mail without incident, please contact the Property Manager at (703) 938-8761 or poa-management@cox.net if you have not received your statement in the mail one week before the due date. Additionally, please mark the semi-annual due dates on your calendar, as failure to receive the statement is not an acceptable reason for a waiver of the late charge.

After a 30-day grace period from the due dates listed above, a $35 late charge plus interest at the rate of 6% per annum is added to overdue accounts.

On-line payment options: If paying by mail, please use the tear off statement and the envelope provided. Note that the mailing address for payments changed this past summer to: Dunn Loring Village HOA; c/o POA Management, P. O. Box 105007, Atlanta, GA 30348-5007. Payments received at the Merrifield Post Office will be returned to sender. All other correspondence may still be sent to Merrifield.
Homeowners may pay on-line via the HOA website at www.dlvhoa.org Click the on-line payment option at the top of the home page and it will direct you to the Smartstreet website, the platform for making on-line payments. When accessing Smartstreet via the HOA website, the Dunn Loring Village HOA will automatically fill in as your HOA of choice. Homeowners may either pay by credit card (a $9.95 fee per transaction) or make one-time payments (no fee) or set up recurring payments (no fee). If setting up recurring payments, homeowners will need to create their own user name and password.
